D'Addario Prelude J814 4/4M Violin G String - Medium Tension 4/4 Size

The D'Addario Prelude J814 4/4M Violin G String delivers the reliable warmth, quick bow response, and tuning stability that make the Prelude series the premier choice among music educators and developing players worldwide. Engineered specifically for full-size (4/4 scale) violins, this medium-tension single G string combines a durable solid steel core with a precision nickel winding, offering a rich, rounded lower register that blends seamlessly with the rest of your instrument's setup.

Unlike synthetic or gut alternatives, Prelude strings remain unaffected by sudden shifts in humidity and temperature. This resistance makes the J814 an exceptionally stable, low-maintenance replacement string for orchestral students, school music programs, and gigging players needing consistent performance in changing performance environments. Packaged in D'Addario's sealed, anti-corrosion packaging to guarantee factory-fresh condition straight out of the sleeve.
